| CVE-2026-34052 | Med | 0.38 | 5.9 | 0.00 | Apr 3, 2026 | LTI JupyterHub Authenticator is a JupyterHub authenticator for LTI. Prior to version 1.6.3, the LTI 1.1 validator stores OAuth nonces in a class-level dictionary that grows without bounds. Nonces are added before signature validation, so an attacker with knowledge of a valid consumer key can send repeated requests with unique nonces to gradually exhaust server memory, causing a denial of service. This issue has been patched in version 1.6.3. | |
| CVE-2026-3260 | Med | 0.38 | 5.9 | 0.01 | Mar 24, 2026 | A flaw was found in Undertow. A remote attacker could exploit this vulnerability by sending an HTTP GET request containing multipart/form-data content. If the underlying application processes parameters using methods like `getParameterMap()`, the server prematurely parses and stores this content to disk. This could lead to resource exhaustion, potentially resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS). | |
| CVE-2025-48040 | Med | 0.38 | — | 0.00 | Sep 11, 2025 | Uncontrolled Resource Consumption vulnerability in Erlang OTP ssh (ssh_sftp modules) allows Excessive Allocation, Flooding. In versions 1.18.0 and below, a denial-of-service vulnerability exists in ruby-saml even with the message_max_bytesize setting configured. The vulnerability occurs because the SAML response is validated for Base64 format prior to checking the message size, leading to potential resource exhaustion. This is fixed in version 1.18.1. | |
| CVE-2025-32025 | Med | 0.38 | — | 0.00 | Apr 8, 2025 | bep/imagemeta is a Go library for reading EXIF, IPTC and XMP image meta data from JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and WebP files. The buffer created for parsing metadata for PNG and WebP images was only bounded by their input data type, which could lead to potentially large memory allocation, and unreasonably high for image metadata. Before v0.11.0, If you didn't trust the input images, this could be abused to construct denial-of-service attacks. v0.11.0 added a 10 MB upper limit. | |
| CVE-2025-32024 | Med | 0.38 | — | 0.00 | Apr 8, 2025 | bep/imagemeta is a Go library for reading EXIF, IPTC and XMP image meta data from JPEG, TIFF, PNG, and WebP files. The EXIF data format allows for defining excessively large data structures in relatively small payloads. Before v0.10.0, If you didn't trust the input images, this could be abused to construct denial-of-service attacks. v0.10.0 added LimitNumTags (default 5000) and LimitTagSize (default 10000) options. | |
| CVE-2017-12132 | Med | 0.38 | 5.9 | 0.01 | Aug 1, 2017 | The DNS stub resolver in the GNU C Library (aka glibc or libc6) before version 2.26, when EDNS support is enabled, will solicit large UDP responses from name servers, potentially simplifying off-path DNS spoofing attacks due to IP fragmentation. | |
| CVE-2025-4437 | Med | 0.37 | 5.7 | 0.00 | Aug 20, 2025 | There's a vulnerability in the CRI-O application where when container is launched with securityContext.runAsUser specifying a non-existent user, CRI-O attempts to create the user, reading the container's entire /etc/passwd file into memory. If this file is excessively large, it can cause the a high memory consumption leading applications to be killed due to out-of-memory. As a result a denial-of-service can be achieved, possibly disrupting other pods and services running in the same host. | |
| CVE-2025-25207 | Med | 0.37 | 5.7 | 0.00 | Jun 9, 2025 | The Authorino service in the Red Hat Connectivity Link is the authorization service for zero trust API security. Authorino allows the users with developer persona to add callbacks to be executed to HTTP endpoints once the authorization process is completed. It was found that an attacker with developer persona access can add a large number of those callbacks to be executed by Authorino and as the authentication policy is enforced by a single instance of the service, this leada to a Denial of Service in Authorino while processing the post-authorization callbacks. | |
| CVE-2024-32874 | Med | 0.37 | 6.8 | 0.00 | May 14, 2024 | Frigate is a network video recorder (NVR) with realtime local object detection for IP cameras. Below 0.13.2 Release, when uploading a file or retrieving the filename, a user may intentionally use a large Unicode filename which would lead to a application-level denial of service. This is due to no limitation set on the length of the filename and the costy use of the Unicode normalization with the form NFKD under the hood of `secure_filename()`. | |
| CVE-2026-32288 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Apr 8, 2026 | tar.Reader can allocate an unbounded amount of memory when reading a maliciously-crafted archive containing a large number of sparse regions encoded in the "old GNU sparse map" format. | |
| CVE-2026-4897 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Mar 26, 2026 | A flaw was found in polkit. A local user can exploit this by providing a specially crafted, excessively long input to the `polkit-agent-helper-1` setuid binary via standard input (stdin). This unbounded input can lead to an out-of-memory (OOM) condition, resulting in a Denial of Service (DoS) for the system. | |
| CVE-2026-31890 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Mar 12, 2026 | Inspektor Gadget is a set of tools and framework for data collection and system inspection on Kubernetes clusters and Linux hosts using eBPF. Prior to 0.50.1, in a situation where the ring-buffer of a gadget is – incidentally or maliciously – already full, the gadget will silently drop events. The include/gadget/buffer.h file contains definitions for the Buffer API that gadgets can use to, among the other things, transfer data from eBPF programs to userspace. For hosts running a modern enough Linux kernel (>= 5.8), this transfer mechanism is based on ring-buffers. The size of the ring-buffer for the gadgets is hard-coded to 256KB. When a gadget_reserve_buf fails because of insufficient space, the gadget silently cleans up without producing an alert. The lost count reported by the eBPF operator, when using ring-buffers – the modern choice – is hardcoded to zero. The vulnerability can be used by a malicious event source (e.g. a compromised container) to cause a Denial Of Service, forcing the system to drop events coming from other containers (or the same container). This vulnerability is fixed in 0.50.1. | |
| CVE-2019-25464 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Mar 11, 2026 | InputMapper 1.6.10 contains a buffer overflow vulnerability in the username field that allows local attackers to crash the application by entering an excessively long string. Attackers can trigger a denial of service by copying a large payload into the username field and double-clicking to process it, causing the application to crash. | |
| CVE-2025-14876 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Feb 18, 2026 | A flaw was found in the virtio-crypto device of QEMU. A malicious guest operating system can exploit a missing length limit in the AKCIPHER path, leading to uncontrolled memory allocation. This can result in a denial of service (DoS) on the host system by causing the QEMU process to terminate unexpectedly. | |
| CVE-2026-20608 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Feb 11, 2026 | This issue was addressed through improved state management. This issue is fixed in Safari 26.3, iOS 18.7.5 and iPadOS 18.7.5, iOS 26.3 and iPadOS 26.3, macOS Tahoe 26.3, visionOS 26.3. Processing maliciously crafted web content may lead to an unexpected process crash. | |
| CVE-2025-12748 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Nov 11, 2025 | A flaw was discovered in libvirt in the XML file processing. More specifically, the parsing of user provided XML files was performed before the ACL checks. A malicious user with limited permissions could exploit this flaw by submitting a specially crafted XML file, causing libvirt to allocate too much memory on the host. The excessive memory consumption could lead to a libvirt process crash on the host, resulting in a denial-of-service condition. | |
| CVE-2025-30409 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Apr 24, 2025 | Denial of service due to allocation of resources without limits. The following products are affected: Acronis Cyber Protect Cloud Agent (Windows) before build 39904, Acronis Cyber Protect 17 (Windows) before build 41186. | |
| CVE-2025-27144 | Med | 0.36 | — | 0.00 | Feb 24, 2025 | Go JOSE provides an implementation of the Javascript Object Signing and Encryption set of standards in Go, including support for JSON Web Encryption (JWE), JSON Web Signature (JWS), and JSON Web Token (JWT) standards. In versions on the 4.x branch prior to version 4.0.5, when parsing compact JWS or JWE input, Go JOSE could use excessive memory. The code used strings.Split(token, ".") to split JWT tokens, which is vulnerable to excessive memory consumption when processing maliciously crafted tokens with a large number of `.` characters. An attacker could exploit this by sending numerous malformed tokens, leading to memory exhaustion and a Denial of Service. Version 4.0.5 fixes this issue. As a workaround, applications could pre-validate that payloads passed to Go JOSE do not contain an excessive number of `.` characters. | |
| CVE-2025-24127 | Med | 0.36 | 5.5 | 0.00 | Jan 27, 2025 | The issue was addressed with improved checks.
