Polygraf AI Meeting Guard Fights Real-Time Deepfake and Voice Cloning in Enterprise Meetings
Polygraf AI's new Meeting Guard tool offers real-time detection of deepfakes and voice clones during enterprise meetings to combat AI-driven fraud.

Polygraf AI has launched Meeting Guard, a new solution designed to detect and mitigate AI-driven fraud in real-time during enterprise meetings. The tool aims to restore trust in virtual communications, which are increasingly vulnerable to sophisticated AI-powered attacks such as executive impersonation, voice cloning, and deepfake manipulation.
"Every meeting is now a security event," stated Yagub Rahimov, CEO of Polygraf AI. "AI has fundamentally broken the trust model organizations relied on for remote communication. The ability to verify identity through a face, voice, or conversation is no longer enough. Meeting Guard was built to provide real-time enforcement directly inside enterprise meetings before AI-assisted fraud, deepfake impersonation, or sensitive data exposure turns into financial or operational damage."
The Meeting Guard operates as a virtual participant in meetings, providing immediate security analysis to all attendees. It is engineered for enterprise and government environments, functioning as both a compliance assistant and an AI notetaker. The system identifies AI-generated content, verifies voices against deepfake threats, flags potential Personally Identifiable Information (PII) leaks, and generates secure meeting notes without transmitting sensitive data externally.
Organizations can leverage custom security rules, organization-wide dashboards, automated compliance reporting, searchable transcripts, participant analysis, and threat summaries. For critical sectors like shipping, where a single call can authorize significant transactions, Meeting Guard offers a vital layer of verification. Tony Dagher, managing director of TMC Shipping, noted, "Polygraf AI’s Meeting Guard gives our teams a way to verify voice, context, and compliance in real time, without slowing anyone or any vessel down."
Unlike other fraud prevention tools, Meeting Guard requires no integrations and is active only during the meeting. For enhanced security, it can be deployed locally, ensuring no meeting data is sent to external servers. The solution is powered by Polygraf’s AI Behavioral Control Plane, which integrates deepfake voice detection, AI-generated response flagging, live PII detection, audio redaction, and compliance audit trails.
Three proprietary engines continuously monitor meeting participants for AI-generated content, deepfake voices, and PII leaks. This provides instant alerts, participant-level threat scores, and detailed analysis of AI and deepfake voice indicators, offering administrators immediate visibility into suspicious activities.
Built on an encrypted SOC 2 Type II and ISO 27001 certified infrastructure with a strict No-Training policy, Meeting Guard supports Zoom, Google Meet, and Microsoft Teams. Deployment options range from cloud-based setups in under 15 minutes to hybrid and on-premises rollouts within one to two weeks, complete with dedicated onboarding support.
Polygraf AI research indicates that organizations face annual exposures ranging from $2.5 million to over $71.4 million due to AI meeting fraud vectors. This underscores the growing enterprise risk, with Gartner reporting that 62% of organizations have experienced a deepfake attack, highlighting the urgent need for real-time defenses against AI-enabled fraud and impersonation.
