Link11 has unveiled a rebuilt Layer 3/4 DDoS mitigation solution that leverages AI and behavior analysis for rapid threat detection and response.
Link11, a prominent European cybersecurity provider, has announced the launch of its entirely re-architected Layer 3/4 DDoS mitigation solution. This new platform is engineered to combat the escalating sophistication of modern network attacks, which increasingly employ AI-driven, adaptive patterns and originate from compromised internal devices.
The Next-gen Network DDoS Protection solution integrates AI-driven behavior analysis with comprehensive IPv4 and IPv6 coverage. A key advancement is its ability to mitigate unknown attack vectors in under three seconds, a significant improvement over previous solutions, while known threats continue to be addressed in near real-time. The platform is designed with European data sovereignty as a core principle, operating on Link11's own infrastructure with all security data hosted within Europe.
Traditional DDoS mitigation often relied on static rule sets, which are insufficient against today's dynamic threats. Link11's rebuilt solution draws on insights from over a million mitigated attacks, utilizing deep learning to enhance detection accuracy and speed. Jens-Philipp Jung, Link11's CEO, emphasized that this is not merely an update but a complete redesign, built to keep pace with the evolving threat landscape and future requirements.
