Airrived Launches Agentic Observability to Monitor AI Agent Behavior and Risks
Airrived introduces Agentic Observability, a new feature for its Agentic OS, providing deep visibility into AI agent actions, data flows, and outcomes to enhance enterprise control and security.

Airrived has announced the launch of Agentic Observability, a significant expansion of its enterprise Agentic OS. This new capability is designed to offer organizations comprehensive, end-to-end visibility into the behavior of AI agents. It tracks the entire lifecycle, from the ingestion of enterprise data through the agent's reasoning and execution processes, to the final business outcomes.
Traditional application monitoring tools primarily answer whether software is operational. However, the rise of agentic AI necessitates a more profound level of scrutiny. Key questions now include the identity of the agent's creator, its access privileges, authorized actions, reliance on specific AI tools, the data it processes, and whether human approval is required for its decisions. Agentic Observability aims to provide clear answers to these critical governance questions within a unified control plane.

The platform provides visibility across the entire agentic lifecycle, mapping the journey from enterprise integration and Airrived's Context Lake, through agentic applications and individual agents, to the resulting actions and outcomes. This allows organizations to understand the full environment surrounding each agent's execution, rather than just confirming its operational status.
For each agent and agentic application, Airrived details its creator, owner, associated users, roles, permissions, and permitted actions. It also indicates whether human-in-the-loop approval is necessary before an agent can act. Furthermore, the platform exposes the underlying AI tools used, including both Airrived's proprietary capabilities and third-party AI tools customers may employ.
At the core of Airrived's Agentic OS is Context Lake, which aggregates data and operational context from various enterprise systems. This enables Airrived to observe agents not in isolation, but within the broader enterprise information ecosystem they interact with. Organizations can trace the context available to an agent, its access permissions, subsequent actions, and the ultimate outcome, creating a traceable link between enterprise data and AI-driven decisions.
Agentic Observability extends beyond mere infrastructure metrics by directly connecting AI execution to tangible business and operational outcomes. This includes security alerts, identity entitlements, risky-vendor flags, and root-cause analysis across IT operations, depending on the specific application. This creates a traceable path from the initial enterprise information to the final AI-driven decision or action.
Moreover, the platform addresses the historically opaque areas of sensitive data exposure and AI economics. Organizations can monitor the presence and flow of sensitive information like PII, PCI, and PHI within agentic workflows. Simultaneously, token and model consumption tracking provides clear insights into AI operational costs, transforming abstract tokenomics into measurable AI FinOps. "Every agent needs an owner.
