The incident occurred during a website redesign when a colleague of Mia Morin, Editor & AI Quality Analyst at Intimeros, was working on the test site. The intention was for the staging environment to be password-protected, but the protection was disabled to facilitate client demonstrations. Crucially, this protection was not re-enabled, and the site remained exposed for three weeks without detection.

As a result, Google and potentially other search engines indexed the draft pages, making them discoverable to anyone searching for related content.
