@k18k/entrypoint-sdk-darwin-arm64 is a platform-specific native artifact package (darwin-arm64 variant) typical of the optionalDependencies pattern used by Node tooling that ships prebuilt binaries per OS/arch. The small file count is consistent with that distribution shape. No lifecycle scripts, install-time network fetches, credential reads, exfiltration endpoints, or other installer-harming behaviors were observed in the package contents.

Any computer that has this package installed or running should be considered fully compromised. All secrets and keys stored on that computer should be rotated immediately from a different computer. The package should be removed, but as full control of the computer may have been given to an outside entity, there is no guarantee that removing the package will remove all malicious software resulting from installing it.
