drm/scheduler: fix fence ref counting

Description

In the Linux kernel, the following vulnerability has been resolved:

drm/scheduler: fix fence ref counting

We leaked dependency fences when processes were beeing killed.

Additional to that grab a reference to the last scheduled fence.
